Would you like to learn how to open up the conversation about mental health at work, or boost your workplace’s wellbeing?

Open Minds is a workplace programme developed especially for employers. It is run by one of our providers, the Mental Health Foundation.

Open Minds equips managers with the confidence and skills to talk about mental health in the workplace.

Mental health is relevant at work because we spend so much of our time there; we bring our whole selves to work and sometimes we go through hard times and need extra support. We are, after all, only human.

The Open Minds videos, managers guide, tips, factsheets, posters and FAQs provide managers with practical tips to help with conversations about mental health in the workplace.

The long-term outcome of Open Minds is that New Zealand employers are able to develop workplace policies, structures and cultures that are more inclusive and supportive of people with experience of mental illness.

Open Minds resources are produced by the Mental Health Foundation.
