Aubrey: When I was first was diagnosed with a mental illness I had a stigma, I didn't want to be... labeled.
Mate 1: Just treated him the same.
Mate 2: Yeah.
Mate 1: Come to get him for surfs... and... just carried on as normal.
Aubrey: I guess sometimes it was hard because I didn't want to know... go outside. I just wanted to stay inside where it a felt a little bit of safety.
Mate 1: It just egged him on a bit.
Mate 2: Yeah, egg him on... it's a nice day mate, we gotta get out.
Yeah, just try to keep him in a positive frame of mind.
Aubrey: They really gave me a lift when I was down. Get out there, you know, take on life.
Mate 2: Just being his friend, you know.
